Retched

derivation; adjective
Having the appearance of looking disheveled, umkept, not clean. May be extended to being physically unattractive or even ugly.
 
What's with that greasy hair and those ugly clothes? That girl is retched.
Etymology : Derivation adjective-formation from the English verb 'retch,' meaning to vomit or purge. Adopted to adjective form to represent a sickening physical appearance. 'Retch' comes originally from the Old English hraecan, 'to cough up, spit,' first used as 'to vomit' in the late 19th century.
