A chair that has been used to hang up or store clothes on the chair back. A chair that is encumbered with clothes.
 
A blending of the term 'chair' with a clipping of the term 'closet.' Used to describe situations where the majority of an individuals clothes are put away or stored on their desk chair instead of hung up in their closet or folded and placed in their drawers.
Etymology : Blending and clipping of the term 'chair' + 'closet.' Chair comes from O.Fr. 'chaire' and from L. 'cathedra' meaning 'seat.' Closet comes from O.Fr. 'closet' meaning 'small enclosure.'
