Less QQ, more PewPew

verb Metaphor
A phrase used in games to tell a player to "stop complaining and fight." The "QQ" portion represents two crying eyes and the PewPew imitates the sound of a gun firing because the phrase originated in First Person Shooters.
 
"Less QQ, more PewPew, n00b."
Etymology : The QQ is a metaphor for a person crying, and the PewPew is an onomatopoeia for a gun firing.
