Management of a small group of people that focuses on improving their abilities to work together.
 
Microgement is simply a shortened form of the term micro management. This word was humorously coined by an employee whose boss could not remember the term micro management. Therefore, it is primarily used in informal conversation, most likely in a small business or other small organization.
Etymology : microgement. Formed by the blending of micro ‘small’ and management, the act or process of supervision. management from English manage from Italian mannegiare (to handle) from Latin manus (hand)
