On and Poppin'

State of being cool, trendy, enjoyable, and acceptable in a given social context.
 
She's always fun to be around - she keeps it on and poppin.
Etymology : Slang derived from the early 15th century 'pop' as representation of the sound of a bomb or explosion. This usage links this sound with a metaphor of explosion, dominance, action. While the immediacy of 'pop' as in bomb is not retained in this phrase, the connotation of something eye-catching, noteworthy, and powerful is.
