reball

noun; derivation
a niche style of paintball play, generally frowned upon by the paintball community at large, involving the use of hard rubber or plastic balls that do not break upon impact like normal paintballs and consequently inflict more pain; one of these plastic or rubber balls

"If you suspect someone is using reballs, report it to a ref immediately."
Etymology : re+ball Affixation, specifically prefixation, of the Latin morph "re-" meaning "back, again" to the stem "ball" meaning "round object" from the Old English word "bollr" of the same meaning. This meaning is fairly transparent, since the balls in question are reused over and over again for as long as possible.
