house 2

clipping
To be the dominant person in a situation; to have power and control.

Generally associated with urban slang, though not necessarily, and almost always used in the continuous form 'housing', when bragging or trash talking.
Etymology : A clipping of the phrase "this is my house," which implies by metaphor that the speaker sets the rules and has ownership of important things. Widened to be acceptable even when not in a house, and shortened for convenience.
