jashing

verb; blending
to be jumpy or anxious while intoxicated

The speaker was addressing his friend while blending the words trashed and jumpy together, in order to fully assess the friend’s state. He also wanted a novel and simple way of describing his friend’s behavior, since it is a reoccurring one that comes about every time he becomes intoxicated. Thus, he coined the term for future use.
Etymology : Blending of the words jumping and trashed. jumpy from jump from Gallo-Romance dialects of southwestern France meaning 'to rock, to balance, swing' trashed from trash from Old Norse meaning 'anything of little use or value' Online Etymology Dictionary
