rice cooker

noun; analogy
A significant other of Asian descent who is proficient at and willing to cook, esp. traditional Asian cuisine.

Used primarily by non-Asian people, or by those who are not proficient at cooking. Carries a somewhat offensive connotation due to the comparison to a cooking device, but is typically used jokingly.
Etymology : Derived from the cooking device of the same name, from the metaphor that the person is an object with the function of making Asian food, which typically includes rice.
