remusy

adjective; derivation
Feeling particularly isolated, esp. when desiring the company of others but feeling undeserving of it.

Used by fanatics of the 'Harry Potter' series of books, most often in the context of a post on an internet fan site or forum relating to the series, so that readers will understand the term.
Etymology : Derived from the first name of the character 'Remus Lupin' from the series and the Old English adjective-forming suffix '-y', due to the character's brooding attitude and reputation as a loner, wary of forming relationships else he harm some one, as he is a werewolf.
