Panspermiate

verb; derivation
To intentionally seed the precursors of life in a barren area, in the hopes of starting life.
 
Verb derived from noun panspermia, presumably to more easily sum up idea of assignment.
Etymology : panspermia; from Greek roots pan “all”, sperm “seed”, ia “state”; + ate “verb”
