Paulite

derivation
A supporter of Ron Paul.

The term was possibly coined over the Internet where large numbers of Paul supporters found each other (or found out about Ron Paul in the first place) when they needed a name for each other. It could have also been a term coined by an observer that was quickly adopted by supporters of Ron Paul. The term specifically refers to Ron Paul supporters starting at his run for the 2008 Republican Presidential nomination and continuing to present, not of his 1988 bid for President as a Libertarian or of his previous Congressional sessions, though it would not be much of a stretch to use 'Paulite' to refer to them as well (sort of a Paulite before being a Paulite was cool).
Etymology : The name 'Paul' plus the noun forming affix 'ite.'
