To, against all odds, receive exactly what you need exactly when you need it.
 
When you 'mise' something, you are typically getting it by chance. For example, "Jim mised an ace of hearts just when it looked like he was about to lose all his chips"
Etymology : Comes from the blending of the phrase "might as well".
