schlop

verb; sound symbolism
to drip or splash drops of a sauce for food

This novel creation was formed with sound symbolism to imitate the sound burrito sauce would make when it hit and splashed on paper. A word such as "splash" is not sufficient because sauce is slightly thicker than pure liquids and so the speaker felt the word schlop would be more appropriate and provides a much better visual.
Etymology : Since this is a novel creation by sound symbolism, or onomatopoeia, there are no evident roots from which this term is derived. It was formed in a way to resemble the sound of sauce splashing on paper.
