Chairdrobe

object; blending and clipping
The art of piling clothes on a chair to be used in place of a closet or dresser.

Sometimes created when there are not enough hangers in the closet, a limited amount of drawer space, or the used clothes hamper is full. Often a result of laziness.
Etymology : “chair-” from French chaire, from L. cathedra "seat;" + “-drobe” from wardrobe from Old French warderobe, variant of Old French garderobe "place where garments are kept," from warder "to keep, guard"
