waspy

adjective;
in cowboy jargon, referring to a wild horse or bovine that is liable to buck, run off, or charge you The cowboys on the ranch, where I grew up used this word to describe a lot of things. Mainly it was to refer to a wild or mean cow that might charge a man who’s on horseback. They would also use it to refer to a horse that they thought might buck if they got on them.

You better watch that cow, she is waspy!
