Weak Sister

compounding; noun
A physically weak person to be exploited in an athletic contest.

Refers mainly to males. Used when a person is weaker than others on a team and can be exploited for that purpose. The term is sexist in that in already refers to women as weak but when compounded with the adjective "weak" it serves to emphasize this point. Used by coaches and players of athletic teams.
Etymology : Compounds the adjective "weak" with the noun "sister".
