A derogatory reference to Senator John McCain, used to imply that he holds the same views as President George W. Bush and would continue his policies.
 
Another novel creation that appeared during the 2008 presidential campaign, though one of the few that happened with the name McCain, and here it was a somewhat radical alteration to his name.
Etymology : Mc, from proper name McCain, and same, from Germanic somo “likewise”
