The speaker used this word to capture the stereotypical behavior of fraternity members and his opinion of them within a single term. This is a compound of words and a phrase that is very often attributed to being used by fraternity members, always saying dude and bro to one another.
Etymology : Compounding of the roots dude, which is from New York slang for "fastidious man", and bro a slang clipping of brother.
