Yessir

adverb compounding
An affirmative statement, such as yes, but meant to have more enthusiasm and excitement. It is derived from the saying “yes sir” but has been combined into one word. However, yessir is not a formal response of respect. It is used in casual conversation and can be said to men or women.
Etymology : combines “yes” and “sir” into one word by compounding
