blending; adjective
description of one whose biological sex matches the gender they identify as

Most people are lucky enough to be born cisgendered.
Etymology : Probably a blend of the prefix cis- and transgendered. Cis is a Latin preposition meaning ‘on this side of, opposed to the Latin preposition trans meaning ‘across, beyond.’ Gendered comes from a derivation of noun gender (from stem of Latin genus 'kind, sort, gender') with adjective-forming suffix -ed.
