obvs

adverb; clipping colloquial
Obviously, easily seen and apparent. Used mainly by high school and college girls as a shortened version of obviously. Since the consonant cluster "bvs" is hard to pronounce, the word is generally pronounced "ovs", dropping the voiced bilabial stop (b). The –s added to the end after the clipping seems to have no function other than marking the word as one said by young women. It does not make the word plural.

“She totes obvs wants to go too.”
Etymology : The root word obviously is clipped to obv and –s is added.
