twaggle

noun;
thread-like substance suspended from an object. Twaggle is a word that was coined to describe something clinging to or hanging from an object (thread hanging from your shirt, food stuck and hanging in between your teeth, etc). It was just pulled out of the blue by my grandmother and is now used by our extended family and friends.
