DCO

adjective; acronym initialism
‘Done cracked out’; refers to anyone who is dependent on or addicted to drugs, not specific to only crack cocaine The intialism is formed from the phrase ‘done cracked out’, which may have emerged as a folk expression for individuals dependent on crack cocaine. It has been expanded and now can be used to refer to an individual dependent on any drug. It was probably adopted into informal emergency medicine jargon due to the frequency that the patient’s relatives and friends would use it to describe the patient’s condition.

“If you’re not DCOed, you can control when you go to the bathroom.”
Etymology : Initialism formed from the phrase ‘done cracked out’, where cracked is a derivation of crack which is a clipping of crack cocaine.
