folk etymology; noun
Latin style dance workout A dance exercise where you dance for about an hour straight. Zumba incorporates all different types of dances such as salsa, marimba, belly dancing, cha-cha, and more. Instructional classes are offered at health clubs, gyms, country clubs, and community centers worldwide by professionally trained Zumba instructors.
