This word is built from ‘skanky’ and ‘skank.’ This form was derived by analogy, as the addition of ‘-ly’ to an adjective denotes an adverb; ‘skankily’ is the adverb form of the ‘skank’ (noun) and ‘skanky’ (adjective) group. ‘Skank’ is a slang form for prostitute or someone who is overly flirty or is loose sexually, and therefore ‘skanky’ means ‘like a prostitute or a sexually loose person.’ Normally ‘skankily’ and the other forms are applied to women. ‘Skankily’ is a vibrant word that has rich description accompanying it.
