An almost attractive female (i.e., “Everything about her is attractive - everything butterface.”) Though spelled differently, the word butterface is phonetically similar to the phrase “but her face.” Like brownbagger, the term butterface seems to be primarily used by males to describe a girl with an attractive body but an unattractive face.
