Shockvertising

noun; blending
A way of advertising products with words, images, and concepts that may come as provocative, offensive, and controversial to the audience. The word is a blended form of shock and advertising. It’s not hard to see that it indicates a type of advertising that is intended to shock the viewer. The term is slowly turning into a technical term that arouses issues in the society.
